Ted is a graduate of the jazz programs at Humber College and York University in Toronto. He earned his Bachelor of Education degree from the university of Toronto. Since retiring from teaching, Ted has devoted much of his time to writing arrangements for big band jazz ensemble. He also continues to work on his trumpet playing while enjoying life on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.
